Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site. I have been getting the same response as the person above it's a small box that says [ object error ]. That's all nothing else no explanation anywhere in help center. It's really becoming a problem. Already tried the sugestions and to be honest it doesn't seem like we should have to go through so much stuff to use a product we purchased!

Especially since it costs so much in the first place. Thanks for reading this. All evidence that I've seen suggests that this problem is being caused by a non-microsoft program or browser add-on. Sounds like a problem with a particular site, used in a particular way.

You could use Developer Tools, Script Debugger to try to get more details about your symptom. Otherwise, wait until someone else like the poster before you sees the same symptoms and figures it out for themselves. Then if you're lucky they will post their resolution and you will then be able to try it too. Even I had experienced same problem [Object error].. I disabled the option Enable Third party browser extension in advances settings of IE and now I dont get that error Hope the error does not return..
